Use AI as a drafting partner for business analysis: clearer briefs, safer inputs, requirements, gap lists, and findings a stakeholder can trust.

Overview

A business analyst turns messy requests into decisions other people can build. AI can draft, cluster, and rephrase that work. It cannot own the stakeholder relationship, the source data, or the final recommendation.

This course is for analysts who are new to using a chat model at work. You will write a brief, decide what you may paste into a tool, read an answer like a draft, and apply the same habit to requirements, process gaps, and user stories.

You will not train a model. You will practice a review checklist so a fluent paragraph does not slip into a specification unchecked. Two quizzes sit on top of the real BA tasks.

Features

  • A clear line between analyst judgment and model drafting
  • A short brief that turns a stakeholder ask into instructions
  • Rules for what you may paste into a tool and what must stay out
  • A way to read an AI answer as a draft with sources and gaps
  • Practice on requirements, process gaps, and user stories
  • A review checklist before you present AI-assisted findings
